Life can be full of challenges, some of which can present us with wonderful opportunities, however others may provoke a sense of feeling overwhelmed, anxious or stressed, and may leave us with feelings of uncertainty or even despair.

At Room to Talk counselling, we provide a safe and warm environment which offers you a confidential space in which you are able to explore any difficulties that you may be experiencing, allowing you and the therapist the opportunity to gain some understanding and insight into these issues.

We offer both long and short-term therapy. Short-term therapy can be as little as six weeks and is often used for clients who have specific goals in mind.

Long term therapy is often offered to explore more deeply-rooted issues and is client-led and open-ended. The therapeutic relationship between client and therapist can continue for as long as needed.
